description: "Aaron Flint is the founder and principal broker of The Landlord Club with over 25 years of California real estate experience, Aaron has dedicated his career to mastering real estate logistics and contract execution. Driven by a philosophy of under-promising and over-delivering, he launched The Landlord Club to disrupt California’s legacy percentage commission system—introducing a modern, tech-driven flat-fee model designed to keep hard-earned equity where it belongs: with the homeowner."
